How long does a build take?

Most gaming PC builds are completed and ready for delivery within 48-72 hours of order confirmation, subject to component availability. The Phantom elite build may take a little longer due to custom liquid cooling. Workspace setups are typically installed within 3-7 business days.

Do you deliver outside Adelaide?

We deliver gaming PCs across all of South Australia. For workspace setup services with in-home installation, we currently cover the Greater Adelaide metropolitan area. Contact us for regional SA options.

Can I customise any tier?

Absolutely. Our tiers are starting points — you can upgrade or swap any component. Want more storage, a different case, or a specific GPU brand? Just tell us in the form and we'll quote accordingly.

What does the $200 service fee cover?

It covers professional assembly, cable management, 24-hour stress testing, OS installation and activation, driver setup, and delivery. For workspace setups it covers sourcing, delivery, and full on-site installation by our team.

What's covered under warranty?

Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures on all parts in your build. We handle all warranty claims directly — you don't deal with individual manufacturers. Labour and return shipping within SA is included.

How does in-home installation work?

For workspace setups and the Phantom build, our technician visits your home at an agreed time. They set up all equipment, mount monitors, route and conceal cables, configure your devices, and make sure everything works before they leave.

Can I add a desk and chair to any order?

Yes — the Electric Standing Desk + Ergonomic Chair add-on (+$799) is available with any gaming PC build or workspace setup. It's delivered and installed at the same time as your order.

Do you offer payment plans?

We're working on Buy Now Pay Later options. In the meantime, please mention in your enquiry if you'd like to discuss payment arrangements and we'll do our best to help.
