These terms govern your use of ComputerCraft's services. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from third-party software. This limitation does not apply where it would contravene the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
All ComputerCraft gaming PC builds come with a 1-year build warranty. Workspace setup products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we manage on your behalf.
Contact us at hello@computercraft.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days to arrange assessment. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace the affected component, or offer another appropriate remedy.
Individual products within workspace setups (monitors, keyboards, docks, etc.) carry their own manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years. We will assist you in lodging manufacturer warranty claims where needed — you deal with us, not the manufacturer directly.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, limit, or replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply independently of this warranty.
All timeframes below are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on component availability from suppliers, the complexity of your build, current order volume, and scheduling availability for on-site installation. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe when we confirm your order, and we will keep you informed of any changes.
We personally handle delivery of all PC builds using our own team — we do not use third-party couriers for built systems. This ensures your equipment is handled with care from our workshop to your door.
For workspace installations, our technician will set everything up on-site and will not leave until the setup is complete and you are satisfied. If any item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and we will arrange a prompt replacement or remedy.
We will always communicate proactively if your order is delayed. Delays caused by supplier stock issues, shipping disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of contract, though we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery and acceptance. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.
